Welcome! To ensure all our guests have a pleasant and safe stay, we ask that you respect the following rules. By booking, you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

1. Arrival and departure times

• Check-in: from 4 p.m.

•  Check-out : avant 10h

• Any late arrival (after 8 p.m.) must be agreed in advance.

2. Occupation of the premises

• The accommodation is exclusively reserved for people who have made the reservation.

• No parties or evenings are permitted without prior written consent.

• It is prohibited to sublet the accommodation.

3. Respect for the neighborhood

• Please respect the peace and quiet of the area, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

• In the event of a nuisance, the authorities or the owner reserve the right to interrupt the stay without reimbursement.

4. Cleanliness

• The accommodation must be returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

• In the event of excessive damage or soiling, cleaning or repair costs may be charged.

5. Specific prohibitions

• No smoking inside the accommodation.

• Pets not allowed (unless otherwise stated in the advertisement).

• It is prohibited to install additional heating devices.

6. Security

• Please lock the access points when you leave.

• Any incident or damage must be reported immediately.
