Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation

• Reservations can be made online via our secure website.

• Confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

Cancellation by the traveler

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• If cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: 50% refund.

• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund will be made.

• In case of no-show, the entire stay is due.

Cancellation by the owner

• In the event of an unforeseen event or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. A full refund will then be issued.

• Where possible, a rehousing solution will be offered.

Change of reservation

• Requests for changes (dates, number of people, etc.) are accepted subject to availability and must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Refunds

• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
